The data collected could include contact names, addresses, telephone numbers and email addresses. This will generally be in the form of a consultation or consent form.

This information is stored securely. No information will be passed on to third parties without informing you and/or obtaining your consent.

Website
Our website does not store IP addresses or collect information via cookies.

Credit/debit card payments
All credit and debit card payments are processed via WorldPay through a physical terminal situated within the Salon. We do not accept card payments over the telephone or our website.

The Beauty Refinery is fully compliant with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).

CCTV
The Beauty Refinery have considered the need for using CCTV and have decided it is required for the prevention and detection of crime and for protecting the safety of our customers and staff.

It will not be used for other purposes. We conduct an annual review of our use of CCTV.
